I have a 2016 ram 1500 rwd with electric power steering. I am wondering if there is a way to change out the bushings on my eps rack (the 2 where it mounts to frame)

Yes. It' a relatively easy job. Loosen the two rack bolts, pry the rack forward 2", pry out, or pull-out the bushings on each side(front/back) ...install new...re-bolt up.
There was just a post on the forum somewhere and a Y/T video was linked. Might do a search.. But regardless those are the steps.
