so ive had this coolant leak for a while trying to get it to stop by tightening the bolt down real tight and the other day i tried using loctite hoping the bolt will stay put and it didn't work. the bolt is located right behind the ac compressor and it appears to be a intake manifold bolt. im i gonna have to take the intake manifold off and replace a gasket. im really not looking forward do this repair.

i dont think so, its the most forward driver side. i had to remove the compressor support bracket to take it out.

I put some thread sealant on the bolt that's causing the problem and it stopped leaking for a couple days but now its leaking again. Is it fine to just put a little more thread sealant on it.

You sure its not your freeze plugs?
At first I thought I was leaking from an intake.bolt then I spent more time under there and saw it cap from the freeze cap.
Cheap easy fix

yah i don't think there's a plug where it is. its weird though the coolant level went down and now its not leaking again. it still runs cool though so ill just run it like that.
