So just notice 2 little puddles under my truck. Got under there and seen water dripping from where my right and left exhaust pipes come in to one. But also noticed another leak, water coming out of some little nubby hose coming out of what looks like the passenger side fire wall. What is this thing? Is this normal? Haven't ran my a/c for awhile, its about 50°f out right now. (I know my engines dirty, I'll clean it later get off my back jeez lol)

Had my heater on for an about an hour, but way earlier in the day....no defrost buttons pushed. Turned the heat down a few notches, but not in the blue at all, maybe 2nd or 3rd red. Fan on lowest speed

Typically the main water dripping is from your evaporator core drain but it can get clogged with mildew and back up into the cabin. The other thing that drips sometimes is your receiver/dryer. That's all normal when it's very humid out. If it smells like coolant, your heater core could be leaking.
