Just got this 2017 Ram 1500 Bighorn 5.7 4x4 with 55k miles... Noticed a couple weeks later it had a bad lean to the driver's side when looking from the rear... Got a 3 inch lift.. still leans.. alittle less than it was.. but it's still bad.. I know I've heard the whole gas tank battery thing but this thing is an inch+ off.. let my tank go to empty even and it's still the same as full.. Really getting to me... I was thinking maybe the coil.. maybe getting tuff truck springs? Maybe putting a inch higher spacer on the driver's side rear coil spring...? Idk help lol

Take it back to whoever installed your lift kit. Any shop worth its salt would have fixed that as part of installing the lift. If they can't get something that simple figured out I would be worried about what else didn't get setup right on the lift.

Well the lift didn't change anything really on the rear coils.. just a spacer on both tops of them... Which explains why the lean is still there I guess... Wondering if I could just put an inch higher spacer on the leaning side coil? Would it be that easy? Seems too good to be true

You are missing the point. If you lift one of these trucks three inches there is a lot more to do than just add a couple of spacers to the coils. If that is all they did you are going to have some major issues and not too long from now. Research Lifts here on this site, there is a ton of great info. Then take it to a shop that knows how to do this work right. They will fix your lean at the same time.

So with all the 3-3.5 inch lift kits the only thing done on the rear of a Ram is risers on each coil and new shocks don't know what you mean about that not being right..?

Grab a service manual and check the Z ride height in the suspension section. Remember to add three or so inches for the lift kit. It will tell you where the sagging suspension is. If you can not get a service manual, find a like 2017 and measure from the top of the tire to the bottom of the fender.

Regards,
Mike
