I'm thinking about doing the lift, I keep hearing the Bilstein 5100 is *not* a way to level the truck, and I certainly don't want to do the spacers, as I know they're problematic. So my question is: Should I do the UCAs as well, or are they just added cost?

Also, for those who have done the 4.5/3.0 lift, how do you like it and did it take some getting used to?

Current truck is 2017 1500 Sport 2WD. I occasionally do a little off-roading, nothing hardcore, just trails and dirt roads, more exploring than anything. TIA

Go for it ..but consider getting the 7" in case you ever want to go higher ....

Nothing to get used to really, your truck will probably ride better especially if you get the fox shocks all around .... my truck new from the dealer I though drove like a dream for a truck, once I got the lift it felt better with the lift than when it was stock ...

Go with the 7" with 35s you will love it man...

HEY ! I see you live in Menifee you are just down the street from me! ...I am in Moreno valley ..you are more than welcome to come check mine out and see for yourself how mine drives man ....

I can also send you to the guy who lifted mine, he is in Riverside off of Van Buren ...you will get the best work around at a great price no BS ....

I wouldn't do the UCAs but if you have the money to spend then it definitely wouldn't hurt at all ... What I would do instead is get the CORE 4x4 rear lower control arms at least to eliminate any wheel hop you might have ....

As mentioned I would consider the 7" kit but the 4.5 kit is very good too. The Core control arms are a great option as well to eliminate wheel hop and to give the rear a more planted and controlled feel.

message us if you would like a quote on anything. We can get you set up with a great package at a great price

The good thing about the 7" is you can always go down to the 4.5 height if you don't like the feel of the 7" height .....

I love my CORE 4x4 rear lower control arms, no lie it's really a noticeable change

I just ordered the 7”/4.5” MaxTrac kit with the Fox Shocks all around, apparently the Fox Shocks are on backorder until atleast October but I was super lucky and got the last kit that MaxTracStore had in stock.

I’ll let you know how it looks and feels in about 7 days or so.

Sure, let me know what you think... I'm probably sticking with the 4.5"... it's another $700 for the 7" kit, and I'm still a little on the fence with that. Thanks
