Led bulbs with AlfaOBD

Now that I have AlfaOBD and the MX+ adapter and set DRL to turn signals I just bought https://www.amazon.com/Alla-Lighting-Newest-Switchback-Xtremely/dp/B019EYJU8A so I wont be burning up the HID headlights.

So what are some good, bright brake led bulbs that don't have resistors built in? I may not do anything to rear lights on the dually as it only pulls my trailers but just curious what people have done to their 2010-2014 (or whatever year is pre led housing).

Do you have to make changes in AlfaOBD for this ? These look really nice.
