LED Fog Lighbulb

I have a 2015 ram 1500 Big Horn, bulb part number is HB4 9006, did a swap to some Cree LED 9006 hb4 with cooler fans. My issue is when the motor is off key is on the on position the led lights work amazing, once i turn the motor on the lights start to flicker or shut off. Was curious if i would need some resistors or a anti flicker decoders. I attached a pic of what i order maybe this would work.
