Led fog lights

Hi guys, I'm a new member here, and I just got my new to me 2017 ram 1500 this week and wanted to install led fog lights, so I got the lights, and put them in, they flashed a few times then went out. So I downloaded alfaobd, enabled the led fog lights. Still flashing, if I get a set of pwm mods. Will that fix the issue, or am I chasing my tail? The lights work perfectly on battery power. Just flash when engine is running.
Yes I have searched threads and didnt find a direct answer to my problem.

Problem you may have with putting LED bulbs is the stock fog housings is they become useless in fog, snow, etc. Too much light scatter
Just recently changed to the DiodeDynamics SS3 SAE fogs Pro level, well worth the money. The beam stays low and a really wide, they're a major improvement over the OEM w/LEDs or the Morimoto XB fogs.
