They make direct replacement bulbs which a lot of people recommend the Opt7 brand which I just ordered myself. Are you looking for bulbs or are you looking for a more custom look where you replace the whole housing?

ICI makes a bracket that allows you to mount a pair of 2" pods in each side.

The brackets and pods

I would go with the direct replacement bulbs. I myself went with the whole replacement of putting the ICI bracket on with 2 LED pods - did it look cool? yes. Was it a pain in the a$$? yes. You can't really adjust the pods correctly and it leaves gaps in the fog cutouts. The LED bulb replacement keeps the stock look and was way brighter in my opinion.

Sidetracked Offroad have brackets and pods as well.

This is who i used when I did this mod. The pods are great - but actual output at night left more to be desired, at least for me. The LED bulbs I have no are night and day (no pun intended) difference.

I checked out the Opt7 9006 LED fog lamps and I'm confused. They advertise them as only 700 lumens, while Basic Sylvanias are 1000.

??

I just got in these, trying these out.
Flashtech: serious lighting technology

Fogs and LED H9's for projector headlights I bought, haven't installed yet.

The LED fogs say 6000k, and 2400 lumens.

actual bulb
FLASHTECH V.3 Plasma LED Replacement HEADLIGHT BULBS: 9005 Bulb Size

Those look nice, price is up there. Let me know what you think. Because the dogs are a 9145 the h11 or h10, can't remember while typing is basically the exact size.
With that said, you can run a low beam led in the fog and get greater output. I always look for 2400 and up/side to use.

I did the ICI brackets and the dual LEDs on each side. the results were favorable...
the brackets were about $32 and the pods were about $50 per pair.

I bought some Y adapters off of eBay that utilize the factory harness, so it was easy to do.

I use them for led's but there are some others out there that are giving more output.
I'm always looking for the brightest and yes the led's are nice and have long life but the power that is needed to give off the higher lumen comes at a price which is $$$ as well as their size, meaning you have to cut dust covers significantly, to get them to fit. They stick out and you you will have to customize or make a new cover
