I have done a complete OPT7 LED conversion on my trucks front lights (2015 with quads). Light output is INSANE. I do not suggest the CREE fog lights though. That's the only part of my lights I don't like. They just aren't worth the money for something that isn't that bright. I have Flux Beams High and Lows. Install isn't too bad, headlights do have to come out. I've had mine out so many times that the headlight gaps to the fenders are a little bigger than they should be. Not worrying about it. I had some problems hooking them up but it ended up being a bad CAN adapter for a high beam. Was covered under warranty, and they just sent me a new one, along with a stand alone harness. I ended up using the harness for testing only. After everything was said and done, I have High, Low, and Fogs LEDs (all OPT7) and no bulb out messages in the EVIC. Lights are instant on with no warm up. I love them. Well worth the time and money to get them installed. I do a lot of night towing up north and these lights really help. I haven't aimed them yet and Honestly I do get flashed a lot. Like every 15th car or so. I just flash back now that my highs are working. I haven't been pulled over yet but I'm sure I will. I only have experience with the FLUX Beams, I'm not sure about the other ones they sell. For what I do and how I use my truck they are perfect. Just need to be aimed. I'm looking at swapping the H10 fogs out to the new ones when they come out.
Oh, while you are in there, might as well swap out your 3157s. I had switchbacks for a little bit and loved them. But somehow they blew out so I need another set. Not sure what the issue with those are. I will get another set later.
Hope this helps, any questions just let me know. Good luck, keep us updated on what you decide to do.
