Thanks. And what's the legality of having that bar? Off road only? Or does he use it when he is all alone on the road

California law
It's a offroad light only. Any lights higher than your factory headlights require a cover. Not every does have covers. More people do not have covers than do. If you turn it on you will blind any oncoming drivers and potentially cause an accident

Fitment. Still waiting on my tow hooks to finish trimming the plastic insert... also had to flip the licence plate bracket as stated earlier, it works but the plate faces down instead of straight ahead, Ill eventually modify that a lill more..

Got my curved 20" installed Saturday morning on my sport. This thing is bright as hell! As mentioned above, to mount I just drilled two holes in the bumper supports and bolted it in.

Yessir just marked it, drilled it, then mounted it up!
I ended up buying a wiring kit as well for it. At $16 Ifigured it was cheaper than spending time making one.
ill go grab you the link :naughty:

Did that wiring harness just plug right into the light? I've never wired a light bar before?

My light bar came with a full wiring harness with a switch and relay. I did change the switch out for a better one. But all it needed was a ground wire and a power wire hooked up. I did modify the harness a bit as it was way longer then I needed so I cut it down a fair bit. The light bar on my Jeep didn't come with a harness but it was only two wires for the bar. A power and a ground. I wired it up thru a standard relay and a switch. Easy enough.

Thanks a lot for that... Was your lightbar curved or straight?
