LED lighter

hey guys, I'm new to the forum, I'm looking into installing an LED bar inbetween the stock fog lights where the plastic insert is. any help on what size to go with and any decent brands that won't burn a hole in my pocket. if anyone has done this already, please post up some pics or if theres any better areas for a led lightbar.

I always see Backwoods LED on the instagrams for cheap. No idea how good they are though.
