LED Lights. What to look for?

I plan to black out my '13 Express and have been looking at options for light covers. After looking around I found black housing LEDs that look sweet. I plan to get the gloss black tail lights and smoked 3rd brake light from protunning.com. It states that they have a wiring harness that plugs directly into the stock wiring. Is there anything else I need to keep in mind? Same question with projector headlights? Is there any brand or type of bulb I should look for?
