Leveling kit question!!

When I go to order a front leveling kit, websites will say they don’t fit my 2022 1500 bighorn quad cab 4x2. But if I change it to a 4x4 it says the leveling kit fits. This happens with almost every kit I select on multiple websites. Can anyone give me any insight as to why that is?
Should I buy it anyway?
