License Plate Lamp assembly.

Has anyone taken off the Lamp Socket for the License Plate Light before? I can’t seem to figure out the stupid proof locking mechanism they have on it.

To change the bulb? All you have to do is twist the socket counter-clockwise about a 1/4 turn and it will pull right out. The socket has 2 tabs that need to be lined up in order to remove/install.
