Installing it on an outdoorsman would be similar to running it with bilstien adjustables
Theyre just covering themselves because it isn't actually designed for it but several run it like Thor09

I just think that with all the negative reviews and now the added risk of it not fitting correctly leading to even more possible issues I would be better off putting more money up front for a more expensive lift kit that will give me better ride quality and will pay off in the long run when I'm not constantly bringing it to the shop with problems

I don't think I've heard anything but positive things from 4th gen owners with RCX lifts

Haven't looked at 4th gen owners specifically but just from googling reviews on RC kits and looking at multiple sites it seems like there are many thing that have gone wrong, major sagging within the first year being the most common

Yea spend more money!...makes total since ,that way you can't save it for something that does cost a lot and you'll wanna buy, like some toyo MT's....I ve had my RCX 6" lift, for 3 years now, and read my review on it....quit reading and dwelling on negative post from people who don't use the lift, if you really did the research you'll know that in 2010 RCX change there lift materials....but hey don't take my word, buy it and see for yourself, then you'll be glad of your decision saving you tons of $$$$ more upgrades..

The lift does not fit my truck, and I would have to replace my front struts if I got it.

Why not just do a level kit and body lift. With my 2.5 level kit and a 3" body combined with 35" tires im up appx : 5.5-6.5" in the front and 4" in the rear. The new gen. Rams hide the body lift really well. The ride is nice but the tires do stiffen it up a bit.

^^ This guy knows what he's ****** about!

If you want lift without changing most of your stock ride, body lift does hide very well the door panels wrap down pat the frame so when you lift the body you still won't see much of the frame...and still looks great!

I'm really happy with my 6" Rough Country lift. I live here in Colorado and I can tell you it's a great lift. I have had it in some really bad areas and it has performed flawlessly. Just my 2 cents.
