Lifted Probs

I have a 2003 dodge ram 1500 with 4 inch suspension lift helper springs and tightened torsion bars. When turning about half way through the turn it seems like the truck will grab and jerk/grab and turn hard real quick. Would sway bars or steering stabilizer kit fix this. Or is it something else entirely. I never had this problem until I lifted it. I'm running 35-12.50 fierce attitudes.

sounds like a caster issue. was it aligned after torsion bars where cranked up?

Yea I had it aligned after lift and torsion bars.
