Ok, so I have a rough country light bar and it’s built into my bull bar.
I have the typical wiring harness. Pos neg to battery. Then it goes to a relay. From the relay it goes to the switch wiring.
I figured out which wire runs the illuminated switch light and tapped into the cig lighter fuse using a tap. The light on the switch only illuminates when the key is in on position.
Problem is now my light bar won’t turn on [emoji1787]. If I hooked up the system without tapping into the fuse as it comes the switch is always on due to constant power source but the light bar worked. So I tapped into the wire AFTER the relay that goes to the switch and figured that would only illuminate the switch and the light bar would be getting its power from the relay side hooked up to the battery (with inline fuse)
That’s the wire I tapped into to the fuse

This is how my switch is wired up
