i want to add light bar to front of bumper since I don’t have fog lights
1. What size for light go from fog light location to other fog light location
2 can I chance light switch to have fog light button and add light bar to be use the fog light to turn on the light bar

Not sure if I put in wrong location

1. You'll have to measure the distance between the two points. Don't forget the vertical space measurement as well. I'm guessing somewhere between 36 - 40 inches.

2. Yes. You'll need a relay in the harness and take power from the battery for the light bar.

I don’t think that changing the headlight switch to one with the fog light button would hold up to the power draw. I would recommend putting the light bar on its own system with an independent switch in the cab. JMHO my.02

You’re correct, however when utilizing a relay the load is passed through it and not the switch.

I hate messing with the look of truck
Have to hide switch somewhere don’t want it seen

Dude... as was stated, pic above is a 42" curved, when in doubt, use a tape measure. All the manufactures (reputable) have product spec's and dimensions shown on their websites... in addition, there are about a thousand threads here on light bars and there installations:
