I'm hoping someone is experienced with Dodge lights. I have a 2005 quad cab 5.7 L hemi. I have daytime running lights as I live in Canada. When the truck is started the daytime running lights come on then when the light switch is changed the headlights come on. The problem I have is only the left drl works and when I turn the head lights on only the right head light works. There is also a right taillight bulb out but the brake lights work fine. I have changed bulbs front and back and still have the issue. Went to the Dodge dealer and they said it's not the wiring or the bulbs it's something else. They figure 8 hours to diagnose at $120 an hour.
My long winded question is: could this be a relay or a module that is the problem?
Thanks in advance.

I had very similar issues. Sounds like the TIPM for you guys. Mine was that issue - moisture susceptible vehicles unfortunately. Anybody on here have any home fixes for sealing off the bottom sides of the TIPM and Fuse box for longevity?

hows the high beams? I say TIPM grab a used one from the wrecker, you can dismantle them and repair the board likely bad or corroded solder joint or relay diode should be able to tell. as for sealing them if you replace it good choice would be a silicone or heat transferring non metallic epoxy. You can use a powered tester and trace the wiring back from the bulb to the TIPM to see if there is a break in the line.
