Lights flicker?

I purchased some Headlight Revolution v.3 leds a week ago. When they showed up I noticed they didn’t have the canbus module, contacted them and they should show up today. I went ahead and installed the lights and have had no issues with them what so ever. So my question is, aren’t they supposed to flicker without the module?

I believe the answer is it just depends. Apparently some trucks have issues and others don’t.

Normally they do but as NoveskeFan said, sometimes they don't.
