Looking for ideas for my 2022 Ram Limited with air ride. I want to keep my stock 22’s on and would prefer 35’s I’d they will fit with leveling kit. Anyone have 35’s/leveled on limited with air ride? Pics? How about spacers?

I have a 2023 1500 Limited and after a lot of research on what was available for trucks with the air suspension I went with the following set-up.

Revel Performance Lift Kit with Front & Rear Links and 2.0” Front Daystar Spacers (designed specifically for trucks with the air suspension) – end result was a 2.5” lift to the normal ride height while maintaining the smooth factory ride. Still have a rake of approx 1.5-1.75” which I like for when I am towing or carrying heavy load. You can adjust the links to get as close to level as you want.

Link to the kit below...the techs at Revel were very helpful with explaining how the links work and were very responsive to all of my questions.

You can find some videos on YouTube about how they work as well if you're interested.

The tires I went with are LT295/55R22 Toyo Open Country A/T IIIs (35X12.2).

As you can see from my signature I have a 5" lift on my air ride suspension, and 35 x 12.5 tires. I still get a bit of rubbing at about 2/3 lock to the right (only to the right).

So you have 2.5” of extra lift for nothing. Unless you like that sky’d look.

Maybe/probably. But "they" claimed that it would clear 35x12.50s.

Then again, I DO like the way it looks (in "normal height" mode"). This is certainly not my preference:

Revel 2.5 leveling kit. (Links and the daystar spacer.) on toyo at3 35x12.5r22
Had a little rubbing on the passenger side. Found it was the plastic inner liner drilled a small hole and zip tied it back no rubbing at all now. It’s been like this for 6 months now.
The tires killed my MPG avg13.5 now.
They also made the ride rougher. Found I have to run 35 psi rear 38psi front. These are load range F tires.

RamSteem23 - Your truck looks great. I'm looking at the same tire for my 2020 with air suspension. Two questions: Is it fair to assume you had to do the lift and spacers to get that tire to fit and not rub? Also, once complete any issues with the factory air lift settings or does everything work as it did? Thanks and again, truck looks sweet!

Does the kit void warranty? Does anyone know largest tires on stock air ride would fit? 2023 limited

Dunno about warranty.

The largest size is going to depend on too many factors to make a definitive.

I would guess that 33 x 11.50 would probably fit, but will depend on ACTUAL size (not all 33 x 11.50s are the same size) as well as the profile, and whether you're using stock offset wheels.

Yes, that's normal. I don't know if it can be somehow over-ridden or not.

We are talking about making physical changes (my 5" lift required cutting and replacing suspension components), not just playing with the air suspension. My lift still works at all 5 air settings - Entry/Exit, Aero, Normal, OR1 & OR2.
