About a month ago or 300 miles ago, yes that's all that I drive my truck. I have had it for 14 months and only have 4400 miles on it. 2012 Express RCSB 2 wheel drive. I had to hop a curb at about 40 MPH to avoid a head on collision with a texter. Amazingly enough I drove another couple of hundred yards and pulled over and noticed no damage. I had honestly forgotten the incident. Then last yesterday I went out for a drive and was about 2 miles from home and all the sudden the truck started to shimmy a little and make a racket like running over street turtles. I got it back in the driveway and can still not see any obvious damage. The tires are still perfectly round so I have ruled out popping a cord inside the tire. Just wondering where to start trouble shooting. PS, I'm a mechanical Moron. I will probably take it to the local tire/suspension shop even if I do find the problem. Any Ideas or thoughts? My front suspension is factory. I used the 2" Ground Force kit in the rear.

Hopefully that's all it is. I will find out this afternoon when the truck goes up on the lift.

Well ain't I a *******. Apparently someone was trying to steel my wheels. Both the front wheel lugs were only finger tight. I guess the thief was going to come back later to finish the caper. Thank God that was all the problem was. Luckily the wheels weren't damaged. Yes I did purchase a set of locking lug nuts.

You better hope that it what it was. Have you pissed anyone off around you? Did someone possibly loosen them hoping you would wreck? I ask because when i was younger I watched an older gentleman take the lugnuts off a punk kids car. Little ******* would peel out every morning when he left for work.

Keep an eye on them.
