Recently did a engine swap and truck was down for a couple of months.
Put everything back together, went to start and nothing. Recognizes the
fob, dash comes up, but no radio, can't shift gear, and engine will not turnover.

Is this caused the alarm/immobilizer or electrical issue?
Any ideas?

I'd guess it's some type of anti-theft lockout thing. If you can't get any answers here I'd call the dealer to see what they have to say. This is probably one of those things where you'll need to call a few dealers to get one willing to actually talk to you and give you a straight answer. It's got to be some electronic problem theft or safety thing.
