Looking to possibly buy a 35 or 4500. Is there much of a difference between the regular Cummins and the HO model? Also, how are the Aisin trans holding up? Any other issues that people are having with the trucks? Thanks

My 2 cents...the aisin requires a lot more maintenance and I bet you the aftermarket industry will offer you a lot more options for building that 68 should you need to one day. If it were my money I’d do the standard output and the 68. SO gets better gas mileage as well.
