ive been wanting to get 4new shocks since i put a spacer in. i have a 2wd.
should i get the shocks for a 02-05 4x4 because of the spacers or is it completely different? wheres a good place to order some good shocks?

also a friend of mine keeps saying " for the front you have to take the entire strut off" now when i did my spacers i just un bolted the shocks and slid them out without taking the strut off. was i wrong to do that?

and for the rear all i have to do is unbolt them as well? and just replace?

When i did my leveling kit on my 4x4 i had to take the front strut assembly off the truck to put the spacer on. I know that my front suspension is different then your so im not sure how yours goes on.

yea i had to take the strut off too. was asking about the shock itself. already got the spacer on it. is replacing the shocks as simple as 3bolts? lol

if your shock goes into your coil spring, and is held in place by 3 bolts, and does not attach to the spring. then you do not have struts.
