Looking to buy used 9-13 1500

I own an 08 ctd but im looking to get into a used 4th gen half ton. Was wondering if certain years were better or worse from 09-13. I know the ctd little changes in years like traction control on 11+, high output 11.5, etc. Was wondering if there were certain things that made a certain year in that range better than another. Thanks.
