I'm wondering if anyone has any advice as to why my wheels feel like they're going to fall off when I'm highway driving. The truck seems to wander and sway alot whenever I'm above 80 km/hr. I've heard from a few people that this is a common Dodge problem. Any suggestions? Much appreciated!

Obvious question... Had it aligned recently? Excessive toe or insufficient caster will make a vehicle feel "busy" at higher speeds

Could be ball joints. Have you inspected each front tire for wear?

How many miles on the truck? Lot of things come into play and you basically need to start checking off the list.
Tires (design, pressure, balance)
Struts (And rear shocks for that matter)
Wheel bearings
Ball joints
Control arm bushings
Tie Rod Ends
Steering Rack

These are all wear items

Not sure if it has the same steering shaft as a 2500, but if it does, try a bushing on the steering shaft joint just before the firewall, I used a $0.50 plastic 10mm spacer/bushing from the hardware store. Check EMF ball joints website or YouTube page for an explanation or video. They also sell an aluminum bushing for about $10.
My steering was very vague and wandering at highway speeds until I did this, then it was super tight!

Any noise from it? You could lift the front up and try to wiggle the wheels. If they rock back and forth your wheel bearings may be going bad.

Currently chasing down this issue on a 2014 2500. Keep us updated.
