I have a 2022 ram big horn.My radio presets keep disappearing. I did a software update at the dealership. Is there a fix for this? Do I have to ask for a new radio?

What radio, 8.4? Mine just did an Over The Air download yesterday. It asked if I wanted to do the update or schedule it later. I chose to do it. About a half an hour later it was done.
Initially I was missing about 3 Icons on the uconnect. Also, like you, all my presets for Siriusxm were wrong. But my Favorites were still popping up.
So today I think I figured it out. First all the icons came back on it's own. Second, to keep all your presets you must reset the Memory seat button. I used Memory recall #1 by starting the truck and setting your presets, mirrors, seat, ect, then press the S button then press 1 button. It should give you a memory set message on the EVIC in the dash.
The other crazy thing is the trucks Hotspot stopped working around July last year. I confirmed I now have the Hotspot back. I'm NOT complaining!!

I have the big horn so I don’t have a memory seat. I’ll look for the update. Thanks for responding.

I have tried all of the above & still lose the presets nearly daily now! Very frustrating! :banghead:

Has anybody found a fix for this? Dealer did an update on the radio, didn't help. Next they put a whole new radio in it... didn't help. Funny thing is the eq. setting stay put but the radio preset stations leave. Sometimes after several weeks sometimes just after a few hours.

Have you tried sending a PM to @RamCares ?

I'm sure it's more than a coincidence that 3 owners of 2022 trucks are experiencing the same problem.
