Uconnect 5 on my 2022 drops presets and other settings to default randomly

I have done everything and now even a factory reset...

I can make my Profile all I want, spend time entering everything I want, make all my local stations presets

and sometime during the day or the next, most of it drops and the presets are FACTORY and Audio settings are changed.

I will look for any Faults in OBD, I remember seeing something that talked about a "short" somewhere...

But so far, Uconnect SUCKS since I didn't have it in my 2017 because it was "aftermarket" when I bought it.
I was looking forward to using it now in my 2022 but I'm seriously not impressed at all....

When mine did an over the air update I was having the same issue. To resolve it I went through setting everything up (presets, mirrors, seat, ect.) And then saved it by assigning it to the 1 seat profile memory.
If you don't have memory seats I'm not sure what else to try. But setting the seat profile definitely worked. I've done it twice now intentionally to see if it would save different radio presets and and has.

OH crap, great, I don't have "seat" memory ... i have power seats but not memory...
Damn... Thanks for the info tho...

I have only 1 profile made... so I am assuming any changes I make is changes within the profile
I don't see any option to "save" or "save to"

Have same problem. Half my presets work the others don't.

Saving to 1 seat profile? How and where's that done?
