Started up the truck and noticed radio was on XM preview... Then saw ally presets were gone. My phone was still paired but lost all the presets. Kinda sucks. Anyone have this problem?

That's kinda weird. I've never really seen that happen before...the preset memory is supposed to persist through battery replacement I though.

My presets lasted when I disco'd my battery to wire the HIDs.

I've had subscription updates and lost my presets before. I've also had updates where I didn't loose my presets.

I am not trying to down your truck, But I prefer the redesign of the 2013, thats what led me to buy it... I have only had small bugs, and I can live with them just for the upgrades in interior and technology.

Exact same thing happened to me twice now. Only the SAT presets.

This has happened about 3 times since I got my 2013 ram two weeks ago. Also I started up my truck and it appeared my back speakers were blown. When I got home I turned my truck off, then on again, and the speakers were fine. I called XM about the reset problem and they said to call the dealership. Very frustrating since I've had my NEW truck for two weeks!
