Hello
I have a 1997 dodge ram 1500 2x4
I have a bad vibration at about 45mph and makes my front end jump and steering wheel go everywhere. I've checked all bushings and tires and all good

Vibration making steering wheel go nuts is USUALLY but not limited to:
Track bar
Tie rod/ends
Hubs
Engine mounts
to name a few.

Crawl under the truck without it running and have somebody wiggle the wheel. Look for play in the pitman arm, track bar, tie rods and ends etc. Jack up front end and wiggle wheels looking for play
