Magnaflow Drop in front of rear tire??

Any one running the magnaflow cat back that drops down in front of the rear tire?

Cons: MDS drone

I need to either kill MDS or put the front resonator back on. Around town it's not too bad but cruising around 70 it is bad. Maybe dynomat.
