A little bit about us:

MagnaFlow got its start as a natural extension of Car Sound Exhaust systems. Our parent company specializes in superior catalytic converter technology and has spent the last 30 years earning its reputation as a market leader around the world. We’re proud to continue this tradition through producing the best sounding, best performing and most durable exhaust components in the world. If you’re looking for quality, power and sound, then you’re looking for MagnaFlow.

As a market leader, we proudly manufacture all of our products in the USA using premium components and the latest technology. Our products range from direct-fit converters and cat-back systems to universal mufflers and builder’s kits for fabricating your own custom system. As an ISO-9001 certified company, we believe in our product’s ability to perform and back it up with a lifetime warranty.

In our 30 years of experience, we’ve learned that automotive enthusiasts always want more. Our 30,000 square-foot R&D tech center is home to two in-ground dynamometers, a flow bench, and sound testing to ensure that every new part passes our quality and performance standards before being approved for manufacturing. If it doesn’t produce power, we don’t make it.

Welcome to the forum. Many of us have run Magnaflow products with great success.

Off topic: Is the guy that represents magnaflow on Foose's TV show Overhaul'n really one of your employees or is he a "plant". I admire his welding skills and his ability to build a custom system.

Good to see you are on board with us. Maybe you could answer a question for me. I have a 17 ram with the 5.7 engine and would like to know what the muffler body size is that comes with the 19439 D-fit kit?
And how much louder is this verses the stock muffler. And would a 5x8x24 muffler be quieter.
I am looking for something that is a little deeper is sound than stock, with no drone. I have heard video clips on your full cat back system, and it sounds pretty loud. Thank you

Hi Ram Night, to answer your questions, the 19439 D-Fit kit utilizes a 5x8x18" muffler unit. We don't have a decibel reading or a quantifiable way to represent the increase in sound at this time, but this is considered a moderate street setup that should fall under most state's 93-95 dB sound limit.

Our larger 5x8x24" muffler would be a more conservative setup and give you a volume level similar to stock. If there are any other questions we can answer, please let us know!
