Major malfuction on my superchips

I finally got around to updating it to get the data logging option. I plugged it up to the laptop, opened the SC updater, and logged in. It said it was downloading tuner update. I left it alone for a few minutes and then returned to see the flashpaq saying tuner error call superchips use error code G-6F. I unplugged it and plugged it back in.. Nothing... I took it out to my truck to see if it would do anything but i got the same error message. What caused the tuner to do this? Am i going to have to fork out money to fix this??

I'm finding the code means the tuner was disturbed while downloading the update. Must had a bad connection on the usb because no one else was in the room or house but me and i was away for a few minutes.

Edit: I finally got the updater to recognize the programmer and it is currently analyzing/downloading the update. Hope it works.

Well that worked. I used another usb cable and it went all the way through. What a relief!
