Mandated recall, D Truck Emmisions Calibration?

just got a letter from FCA US saying that my 2018 2500 diesel engine control software must be upgraded as required by the US EPA. Further they threaten by saying your full protection under the emissions warranty protection will be affected unless you do this as soon as possible. Anyone know what is going on and how this upgrade will effect the trucks performance?

FCA emissions recall 67A

Does anyone have an information as to what FCA Emissions recall 67A is and what is involved? Even all my dealer can tell me is that its something with the PCM and would need at least a half day with it. Something doesn't seem right to me.
