Manifold to Cat gasket.

Does anyone know what kind of a gasket goes in between exhaust manifold and catalytic converter on RAM 1500 HEMI? I have exhaust leak in that area. Before I tear it apart I'd like to have everything ready.

I don't think I've ever seen anybody mention a gasket of any type for those joints.

Don't think there is 1.....the photo looks like its not aligned correctly.....maybe cleanup & tighten bolts.

there is no gasket if it is leaking around the flange clean it up try to re seat it.

Looks like the nut is missing for the bolt on the backside........side with nut showing is pulled up more....could have bolt cocked & in a bind the reason it did not fall out......someone work on exhaust recently

Yea the bolt and nut are gone, its cocked on the joint, clean up the ball and socket,replace them both and be done.

I'm assuming the bolt and nut are there just the picture angle, but for sure there is a bolt there.

Looks like it could be cleaned up and centered a bit better and tightened up.

The hardware is actually there. I will try the sealer that Brad suggested. And will try to clean it and align the best I can. I had the manifold bolts replaced and the manifold belt sanded 4 months ago. Did notice anything leaking till about a week ago on a cold morning start up. Thank you all for help. Here's a different camera angle. Also, there's no bolt missing in the image. It's just how passenger side is...
