No I haven’t taken it apart yet. When I do the lift, I know mist everything I need to get to will be fairly accessible. I just want sure how many people have gotten to that part and we’re not able to remove the broken stud. I have an easy out set, but it’s been since I removed a broken bolt. Just curious. I do have the tick, and it goes away after the engine warms up. Defining on the passenger side, but sounds like both sides honestly.

As has been said, a welder is the best course of action...be very careful if you end up using the easy out

If you have a broken exhaust bolt, buy or rent or even pay a welder to weld a nut and washer on the broke off stub. It's alot cheaper then having to buy a brand new head and replace it,when you drill into the water jacket.Don't even try to drill it out and remove it with an easy out,as one little slip and you're replacing the head
