Manual HVAC Actuator Part Numbers

I’m looking for the part numbers for the three actuators for a manual system. The dealer is worthless and I’m finding completely different numbers for what is supposed to be the same part. I have a 2009 and the dealer claims Customer Satisfaction Notification K17 was done in 2010, yet it has the exact symptoms listed in the bulletin.
