Master door switch back light 2017 1500

Back light not lighting up at power mirror adjustment section, any idea why or how to make it work I replaced switch already sam results.

Power mirror buttons not backlit. Search this forum. A popular mod is to get the master door switch from a Grand Cherokee… same config, but those mirror buttons are backlit.
