master switch will control the 2 back windows. None of the other controls work. windows work from the local door switch. Locks work on the passenger door. it does have 12 volts at the switch. Unsure of what should be done next to diagnose the issue. any suggestions would be appreciated

If you are in a 4th Gen truck and I'm assuming you are by posting in the 4th Gen forum I have had a lot of good results with the left master switch by disassembling the switch, inspecting and cleaning the switch and putting it back together.

Before removing the switch from the door panel try pressing down on the switches while attempting to operate a front window and see if the window motor engages.

You can also test the left and right front window switch output with a test lamp. Take a test lamp and backprobe the connector at the back of the switch and operate the switch while proving and look for the lamp to illuminate while pressing up and down.

Its a 2012. i have attempted to clean it with no luck. probably will try again today and see how that goes. while pressing one of the buttons that uses the line bus should there be a change in voltage? with a voltmeter on the line bus it read 2.3V while pressing one of the buttons and when the button was not activated

New module and new master switch still the same problem. Checked wires in between the door and body every wire looks good.
