Can you use the maxtrac 2 inch lift springs with bilsteins set at 2.1? Also what rear springs should I put in the rear to stay level as well as not sag with a load?

If you're asking if you can stack front lifts, no. The Bilsteins don't substantially increase overall travel so you already have very limited down travel with any kind of preload lift, adding longer coils won't improve things.

Bilstein makes rear lift coils, I don't know how good they are. I have the Mopar 2" lift which includes new coils and long travel rear shocks, it's been pretty awesome these last 5 years

Maxtrac springs won't fit the 4x4 trucks.

The lower control arms are different between RWD and 4WD.
