MBRP 5" Tips Installed

So, after about........18 months of debate (between myself), I finally broke down and put some LONG tips on the truck. I loved the Mufflex tips that I had, but I hated walking up to it and seeing how short they were. Yes, I'm that **** about it.

So, hit up my favorite parts store........Mr DB Truck Customs, and got me some 18" long MBRP stainless steel tips, 5" in diameter. Snagged some adapters from Amazon (thank you RBP for having expensive ass adapters!), and scheduled some time with a local shop to have them installed.

Got there, they told me they couldn't do it. "We do exhaust, but we don't bend pipe". Ummm......then you don't do exhaust, *******. He gave me the name of another place (local) that does it and I headed there. I did NOT want to go to some big name stupid place like Meineke, Midas, etc. I strive to support small shops! Got to the second place this morning, pulled the tip out and the guy rolls his eyes, looks at me and says "thats a diesel tip". Uh huh, and? "that will not fit on your truck, thats a 4" outlet bud!". I pulled out the second box, opened the adapter and said "this isn't my first rodeo bud".

Told him to cut off the resonators, bend some pipe and toss these ******* in.
