How do you reset the oil change due message

I think.....on mine... This is what I have to do: To reset Oil Change - ignition on, w/engine off, depress accel pedal slowly 3 times within 10 seconds. Turn ignition off.

On my 2014 you just go into the oil life on the evic and click reset. Just in case anyone with a 2013+ with the evic looks at this thread!
