Midgrade 89 vs. Premium 91 gas

I drive a 2004 hemi it calls for Midgrade gas but if I put premium in would it mess anything up? Or would it help my engine run stronger?

It wont mess anything up. I would stick to the mid grade unless you are tuned to use 91.

If you also have mods IE headers you will want the higher oct to reduce the chances of knock.

Running a higher octane than needed won't increase power..
