mirror swap help

hi guys new to the forum just bought a 2011 dodge ram 1500 slt base nothing fancy in it 4.7 v8 i was looking in to swapping my mirrors with the ones that had the puddle light in it my question is are the wires in their that i can connect to or do i half to run the turn signal wires my self i would appreciate all the help u guys can give thanks

there should be a harness in the door for the lights, you might have to go to the dealer and have them flash it for the light to work.

Has anyone done this swap. I am also wondering if the trucks without the turn signals in the mirror have the plug.

Yeah i've tried it. If you have electric/heated the harness should be there but they wont work though :/ i've been searching other forums how i can make them work, i havent had any luck.

Won't work. I have the correct door modules with the plugs and have the setting in my evic for illuminated entry but even with a reflash it won't work according to Chrysler

All the stuff in the mirrors is LED. You probably don't even need relays if you use decent wire. It's not like they draw much current lol.

Mirror swap

Hello Everyone, new to the forum. Just bought a 2012 Ram 1500 4X4 ST. It came without power mirrors but what I'd like to do is change the mirrors to a smaller mirror. Anyone know of an aftermarket company that makes them? Thanks in advance for your help.
