Installed my lamin-x on the tail lights, and right as I was finishing my tonneau got delivered! Thanks 3rd Strike! :********:

So unfortunately it's dark out, so here's some crappy pics. I'll get better ones in the morning.

Access Lorado. It's so easy to use, only took 20 mins to install, and it's looks awesome. Like I said, I'll take more in the morning.

Thanks, I'm definitely going to look into it, need a cover pretty bad before the snow flies.

Definately dude! I need to reaseal my right headlamp, as it has alot of moisture in there right now. When the body shop took it apart to buff out the scratches, they didn't seal it back up well enough. Need to get with JJ and see what he uses. After that, I'll throw the fog and headlight lamin-x's on and the she'll be ready for some pics!

WTF Q#@_!+%!#@O+%$ :shooter::shooter::shooter::shooter::homoswitch:

ok........

Man, I should come down there and kick them in the nuts for opening 'em!

Wait.........they took it apart to buff it? Anyway.....

Butyl is what I use. At one time I used silicone........but switched to butyl (with silicone over it to double seal). I can't remember if yours was a butyl or silicone setup. Either way...........gotta get 'em dry, let 'em sit and dry out, then run some silicone (GE silicone II) around the edge.

Haha yeah I know man. But after all the work they did right, I'm like oh well, I can deal with that.

Cool, Butyl and GE Silicone II, I'll pick them up tomorrow. That's something I can get at like lowe's or Home Depot right?

Thanks a ton JJ! Your my hero!

Butyl - no.........Napa might have some. I can get some - but shipping would kill it. Also, you really don't use butyl unless you are going to open them all the way up. Don't do that please.

Just get some GE Silicone II. I just picked some up today from Home Depot. I used to use black (as it blends well with the headlight housings) - but.........I got a set back (paint pealed, first one with a paint issue.....blew me away) - anyway - I was looking at the seal, it had cracked. I pulled my heads (sealed the same way) - no cracks. Weird........ But I moved to "clear" now. Its some sticky ass ****........and doesn't dry "clear", but more white - but it doesn't crack (I pulled my fogs, they are sealed with the clear stuff).

I bought a small tube (2.8oz) of clear Silicone II. It will be more than enough to seal the light. I normally like the Silicone II super stretch or whatever they call it, but its not available in the small tubes..........and those small tubes are MUCH easier to work with than the 10oz honker. I paid like 3.50 for the small tube today.
