My first mopar was a 1964 valiant with a slant 6 and a push button automatic.
I was 16 and paid $200 for it I think in 1976.
I had it for about 6 months then took it to the scrape yard for $25.
I then bought a 1969 Chevy SS for $600.
Next mopar I owed was a 1992 D250 12 valve CTD, owned it for years and put 515,000 Kms on it.

I had a black '65 Sport Fury 383 4speed. I really like that pistol grip shifter!

I can't find any pictures of his old 67 GTX it was blue with black interior 426 Hemi automatic car. He sold it in 1991 bought it in 72 from a guy who bought in new and dragged race it.

I'm sure you know what the value of that car would be today, first year of the GTX and a Hemi car, Wow!

Thank you! I love it, but a Challenger 6 Spd with a Shaker is calling my name lol. They are great cars. Tons of power. I cant wait for a 392. Its probably the best car I have ever owned minus the ram.

Your right, I'm a 2 door car guy but nobody makes a 4 door car look as good as the Dodge Charger! The 2010 Challenger R/T 6 speed was one of the best cars I had. The only reason I even got rid of it is because at my age I want a lot of different toys, I just can't have them all at the same time so I have to get rid of one to get another!

I completely understand that. Its the same way with kids. I wish Dodge had made the newer Chargers with the option for a 6 speed. They just didn't design it that way.

Not many choices of sporty type 4 door cars with manual transmissions. I had a friend who had a '70 Plymouth Satellite 4 door with a 318 3 speed on the colum and I put the shifter on the floor for him! Lol
