Took these shots today. On the left, Morimoto CCFLs (70MM), on the right Morimoto xB LEDs (white, 70MM). The light on the left is also painted (no bezel on it yet), and no lens on it. So, the CCFL is about as raw as it can be there. Lights are in my garage, right when I went outside it started spittin' rain, but overall it is a slightly overcast day here.

my next set will have a set of these halos in them. BUT, they will be hooked to a switch, I'm not a fan of running them whenever the parking lights are on (my personal opinion). Like you said, they'll be drowned out, so no need.

I'm all about LEDs, but how yellowish they look is what I couldn't take. Who cares about brightness...if you need more light turn on those projectors! Now if the LEDs could change color, now that would be hard to pass up.

You mean like a RYG type LED?

That would be neat, and $$.

LEDs......on my mind.........working with my supplier this morning, finalizing some details on my own rings for the 06-08 Rams.......at an awesome price. :********:
