Anyone else have issues installing the Morimoto XB Vertical fogs? It seemed pretty straight forward aside from my own errors. But for whatever reason I cant get the housings to look even and the light is definitely not shining at the same height. Tried taking them out and re adjusting but still same issues....Tried using the adjustment knob to get them even but still no luck. Perhaps I should use washers on one of the screws? Any tips?

can you post a pic of the lights installed? There is a nub that needs to line up on those I believe.

Yeah i just went out for a drive and I swear I installed these upside down and on opposite ends lol (didnt think that was possible)
The fog lights are shining wayyy higher than my regular projector lights.

1st pic is just Fogs
2nd pic is just Headlights
3rd pic is Fogs/Headlights

something is out of adjustment. Are you sure the tops are seated correctly? I believe that is where the nub I was talking about is.

Are they supposed to seat tight against the housing? Because honestly I can stick 3 fingers between the bumper and the entire fog housing (other than the bottom which is flush).

Theres a nub on the bottom to tighten and loosen the spring. Other than that I dont know of any other nub. But I installed the frame exactly back the way it was stock....the Morimotos just dont sit flush with the housing and shining way high (i think) .... This is whats making me believe it's upside down. If I saw a good picture of someone else installed it may help me know. It looks as if my fog light is higher toward the top of housing. I'm thinking perhaps it should be the other way around towards the bottom.

So just an update ... they were not upside down ... the Morimotos actually have an imprint on them for LH and RH which made me 100% sure it was the correct side.

The problem was my attachment of the frame to the housing. You need to make sure the 2 prongs of the Morimoto housing go around the Oem frame so that it puts significant pressure on the spring.

It may be hard to tell but the first pic is the WRONG way .... the second pic is the RIGHT way.

There are 2 screws that hold the physical light in the housing, those allow small adjustment, and what i needed to do so mine weren't facing the sky.

Lol.. glad you got it figured. I was going to suggest RH and LH orientation as soon as I saw the side-by-side photo.
